Fergus has been actively working in animal care since 2021, starting out as a kennel assistant at his local humane society. He moved into client services positions in 2022, where he discovered a strong passion for working directly with clients.
In July 2026, he joined the PEI Urgent Care team, where he is delighted to serve as a Virtual Service Representative and help families navigate their pets’ care journey.
Outside of working hours, Fergus loves spending time in nature alongside his wife, playing with his cat, and shooting buckets on the basketball court.
