Katie is a Registered Veterinary Technician. Katie is originally from St. Stephen, NB but moved to PEI to complete her bachelor of science at the University of Prince Edward Island. She majored in Biology and Anthropology! She then moved to Moncton to attend Oulton College and graduated from the Veterinary Technician program in 2022 going directly into emergency medicine. She joined Moncton Veterinary Urgent Care in April 2024!
She is a large animal lover and has worked with animals of all sizes from chickens to cows! Katie spent many years working with beef and dairy cows! She is also a huge equine fan and loves spending time outdoors with her family.
She has an orange cat named Aspen and a black cat named Snickers along with a pitbull named Izzy!
